When we first stumbled across Heritage Horticultural’s website, my first thought was, “Their work is so beautiful, there’s no way they’d be interested in designing a garden for our modest semi-detached house! ” But I am so glad my partner convinced me to contact them anyway - the best decision we made!

From the very beginning, the team completely understood who we are, our values and how we wanted to use the space, and Tabby (a joy to work with!) produced a design that exceeded our expectations.

The quality of the finish was faultless but perhaps most impressive was the professionalism and knowledge of Alex, Charlie and the team - they stepped us through every decision and were a pleasure to have around. Heritage Horticulture have just finished a month long project landscaping our back garden and we are not only thrilled with the result but found the whole process really enjoyable. Five star service!! From start to finish I have not been disappointed by Heritage Horitcultural. Gareth provided fantastic customer service updating me on start dates and being very informative and caring. The boys, Charlie and two others, were so professional. It was initially estimated that my garden (which included turfing plus patio) would take 3-4 days but the boys got it done in a day and a half!! They left site without a single thing out of place, it was pristine. The work was completed to a highly professional standard and they cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have even known they were ever there! Thank you so much to the whole team. The kids and I love it. The turf is now being very well looked after by both myself and my son with his water pistol lol! Before using Heritage Horticulture we had been let down by others who visited, agreed they could do the work and then never made further contact. What a contrast when Gareth from Heritage Horticulture visited to look at what we wanted doing. He went into great detail as to what they could do and within a couple of days we had a full estimate. He explained that they had a lot of work on so couldn't give an exact date for starting. We got an e-mail to advise us that they could start and within 2 1/2 days the whole work was completed despite it being the start of the heatwave. Everything was completed to a high standard and everywhere was thoroughly cleaned after they finished. Heritage Horticulture/ Blowers and Mowers completed some work on my garden. I had a patio built, decking area built and raised oak timber beds built. The team were always punctual, polite, professional. There were 4 workers on site, Charlie and Rob I spoke to most of all, always listened, checked what I wanted before doing anything. They had a brief to follow, nothing was too much trouble. I was able to adapt some bits of the build and took the teams advice. Gareth originally came to my house to measure out and offer a free quote. He offered a range of options and also gave sound advice regards materials. Alex the owner came to site checking in everything was fine too. A great service and team. Would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again in the future as I need further works completing. A few days after the build my family have been enjoying out transformed garden. Very happy indeed. Heritage Horticultural came over 6th June and agreed to send me a quote. It’s now 16th July, and still no quote. I’ve sent 8 reminders and phoned numerous times, to no avail.

I find this very unprofessional.
