All our care services are delivered in person. For clients who requires additional support or flexibility, we can provide:
Virtual Wellness check - Regular video or phon calls to check in on a client's well-being
Remote Companionship - Engaging in conversations, offering emotional support, or helping combat loneliness through virtual visits.
Medication Reminders - Helping clients manage their medication schedules via reminders or check-ins.
Family Liaison services - Keeping families updated and involved in the care process through virtual meetings. Family can access to live care notes from our care support APP.
