At first, I was nervous when I saw a small crew of ladies pull up. At the end of the clean I looked really silly as they did a beyond excellent job. Nosh was super professional - got the job done, and got it done well. She cross-referenced the check-in reports and let me know what I needed to be aware of to get my deposit back/speak with the landlord on. Pricing is far more competitive than like-services and the owner actually listens to what you want and need. Excellent customer service values in this company. I will be using them for every end-of-tenancy move going forward. Please do not hesitate to use them - they are a small company that actually does a good job unlike some of their larger competitors that will not take personal interest for a higher price. Great service great communication, I didn't speak to anyone else so I don't know if the price is the average but I found it very reasonable for the number of cleaners and service provided.
