Hi. I’m Jamie Levy of Open Road Psychotherapy. Thank you for visiting my profile. I’m a psychotherapist / qualified hypnotherapist and I specialise in helping clients navigate the often intertwined challenges of anxiety and sleep difficulties. Whether you're struggling to fall asleep due to racing thoughts, waking in the night with worries, or experiencing sleep problems as a symptom of underlying anxiety, I understand first hand the impact these challenges can have.

You may not be able to pinpoint exactly what's disrupting your sleep or fuelling your anxiety. Whatever it is, we’ll work through it together, at your own pace.

My hope will be that I can provide a supportive environment that you feel comfortable to explore and express your fears, conflicts and concerns at your own pace. I realise and respect you are an individual, so together we will find the best approach that works for you.

I favour no particular methodology, meaning I am always client centered and integrative. I see a diverse range of clients and offer a free 15 minute consultation, so you can decide if I’m right for you.
