I have been using Hello Neighbour for two years to rent my flat while I live abroad. They are efficient, quick to respond and helpful.
When I came to rent the place out two years ago, they took great pictures, helped me with all the necessary paperwork (as a first time landlord this was all new to me) and we only had one block of viewings and had 5 offers.
I found it very confusing looking for an agent that first time, but with Hello Neighbour its a flat fee each month unlike other companies who seem to have a different charge for every single action.

I could not recommend HN more.
They offer a FIXED fee service with no surprises unlike high street estate agents that I have used before. The service allows you direct control over the process whilst leveraging HN knowledge and platform. I saved 3k on agent fees and increased my monthly rental income by £250 p/m added to that I have found lovely tenants. And how refreshing to be offered a fixed fee maintenance contract charged monthly with an option to terminate unlike every other estate agency it seems.
