What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is being able to help the customer in need. This is where I either install a new part or an appliance or diagnose an issue and then find a solution for it. Either way the end result is the same, which is leaving the customer happy while knowing that they can rely on me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to run my own business has always been on my mind since I had left school. So when I finally had an opportunity, I had decided to go for and since then I have not looked back. Besides I just love setting my own goals and being my own boss :)

I always try my best to complete a job at hand to best of my abilities and my number one priority is always the customer.
