Less than 48hours had passed between sending request, to response to booking in first meeting. Which was brilliant!
We have previously had other cleaners, and I explained my discomfort with having new people in the house.
Thelma put us at ease.
We’ve now arrived home to a beautifully clean house, above and beyond anything we have had before. A full clean with oven clean. The house looks beautiful. Smells wonderful and instantly I know we are sticking with Thelma. I cannot thank you enough.

Used Thelma's services to clean and refresh my carpets. I am amazed at how good a job was done with her carpet cleaner. I've had a few different carpet cleans before and also hired one to clean myself and her machine was on par with the hot water extraction machines. The carpet have come up so clean and the amount of dirty water taken out of each room was loads and the carpets were not soaking wet after and dried quickly. The next day...the carpets look renewed. We have been in business since the beginning of January 2025
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We will bring our own equipment and use it depending on the client, most domestic cleans the clients are happy to provide equipment whereas deep cleans and end if tenancy might require more speciality equipment
What do you love most about your job?
The thing i love the most is the fulfilment that comes from serving others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start cleaning because I have a passion for cleaning and being able to help others.

I wish i could clean remotely but its not practical.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We started after covid but are aware of health risks dangers to the vulnerable and all staff are trained accordingly and will wear masks and gloves when required. Sanitisation, disinfecting and steam Cleaning are part of the oackage we offer.

All pricing is dependant on size of the home, office space or School from £150
House clean
Normal house clean from £35- 65per visit pending on the hse size
End of Tenancy Cleans
£180 + depends on size of the home and additionals such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, etc
Carpet cleaning
We also provide carpet cleaning starting from £50
Commercial cleaning
Experinced in cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting and are able to provide clients with staff who are professional and work hours to suit the business needs of the customer. Prices start from £20/hr
Oven cleaning
From £40 dependant on size
