This is a review of the process of getting a quote, and not the quality of work.

Aaron and Matt came to look at our house which needs a new roof. They were punctual, polite, and took the time to explain to us exactly what they recommended we would need, whilst discussing our options in terms of cheaper and more expensive ways of doing things. Whilst they were up a ladder measuring up, they even pulled a slipped tile out of the guttering for us!

We have decided to use a different firm, as they have said that they are able to do the same job for less money, but it is my understanding that the quote that Tilecraft offered was reasonable. Excellent people to do business with. Talked through the problems and gave me a fair quote. Having agreed the quote they turned up on time completed the job to schedule and on price and cleaned up well when they had finished.

Aroan and his team were excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

After completing the job they left the place clean and tidy.

They did an excellent job on the porch roof with new upvc surrounding and a 3 layer felt. Which looks great.

Whilst having the roof tiles and gutters cleaned, Aroan noticed that the timber under the tiles was rotting and he advised us to have this changed before more extensive damage was caused. We took his advise and he replaced the timber and secured the roof from future damage.

All his work came with a 20 year warranty, which gives us confidence in his workmanship.

As a favour he secured the leak on our garage temporarily and we will definitely be using him again to repair the garage roof soon.
