Mobile and shop-based services.
Only massage services are offered on a mobile basis. Minimum 60mins service required for a home visit.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We operate a system of appointments and allow longer spaces between the bookings to avoid unnecessary contact between the clients.
Use of disposable massage bed covers where possible.
Also we use a medical grade surface disinfectants. We allow a minimum 15 mins space between appointments to clean after each client.
Our towels are washed in minimum 60 degrees after each massage session.
We have hand sanitizers available, use of masks is mandatory in our location, however these can be removed during the facial massage.
Swedish Massage
The most common type of massage. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with the movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
A type of massage therapy, deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
