Kirsty and the team have been amazing. We initially had a met with Kirsty, where she cooked various different canapes and mains for us to try out. Not only was her food delicious, she is also a lovely individual. We had a great time selecting the various canapes and main course and getting to know Kirsty. Kirsty kept in touch and had excellent communication, giving us various advice and assistance on our wedding (which was a complete DIY wedding). She also gave us assistance in finding fantastic waiting staff for our wedding. Her advice was indispensable. She kept us excited and was continually positive throughout the time leading up to our wedding. Closer to the date, Kirsty got in touch on a more regular basis, and ensured we were ready for the day. On the day, I was able to also meet Kirsty in the morning who provided further confidence and reassurance with many kind words on the day. She took complete control of the catering, she was immense. She ensured our wedding day, from a canape/wedding breakfast perspective, went off without any issues at all. The food was delicious, and was continually complimented by our guests. We had a nacho/quesadillas station for the evening, which was great and guests couldn't get enough. Kirsty, I can honestly say our wedding wouldn't have been the same without you. Thank you so much for playing your part in making our day so special, we truly appreciate it. You and the team have been fantastic! 24 hour slow cooked lamb shoulder, carrot puree, smoked whipped mash potato, caramel shallots and a rich red wine jus
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
As menus for each event are bespoke and created specially for that event, I work with the client creating the perfect menu for them based on their likes and dislikes, if the event has a theme, and also budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Food has been a passion for me for most of my life, and I love being able to bring happiness to people through food and eating.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want the freedom to cook for as many people as I can with as much variety as possible.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes I can, remote cooking classes are always a hit. I will work with the client on what they want to learn and then send over an ingredients list of what is needed for the class. We will then do a video lesson and I will cook along with the client showing them each step.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take lateral flow and PCR tests throughout the week to make sure we are staying as safe as possible through this time.
