Olga was great to work with from start to finish. She communicated effectively with us throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble…even when our hot water wasn’t quite on yet and we were out of the country! Olga kindly nipped out and got a kettle to ensure she could continue cleaning with hot water. We asked for a deep clean of our new home and Olga and her partner really didn’t disappoint! An absolutely fantastic job. Happy Cleaning helped us with our move-in clean; it was a real challenge since no one lived at the property for a while and the previous occupier didn't take proper care of the house by the looks of it, but Olga and Cosmin absolutely blitzed the place. I asked for quite a few extras (oven cleaning, fridge/freezer and microwave cleaning, steam-cleaning the radiators, sanitizing the couches in and out etc. and Olga and Cosmin tackled it all, even though it meant a full day of really hard work). They used their own solutions and inventory (a vacuum cleaner, a steamer etc.) which was super helpful since we haven't moved our stuff yet. Finally the new house feels like home and I don't have this feeling of dread when thinking about all the cleaning, from now one it's all doable.
Really, really appreciate your help, guys, you really helped us out — it's honestly such a relief to know that every corner of the house has been cleaned and we can finally decorate the place with peace of mind. Thank you! More...
