Booked this so called Tutor and after terrible communications he left my daughter stranded a day b4 her test and cancelled her lessons after two bad ones, saying "I am not in a position to refund your money right now" despite knowing her test was imminent and he knew this in advance, he took my hard earned £197 money and made no effort to refund it. How many give up asking him? he goes quiet once he cancels your lessons YOU paid for.. This is the only place you can leave a review all others are supplied by him. Be careful where you spend your money you could lose it all. I had to use PayPal to get it back and he never even answered them either. If I could give no stars I would . More online appointments available, staggered appointment times to reduce the amount of people at one time in the therapy centre reception and antibacterial cleaning of rooms between clients.
