My tenant reported a leak in the flat roof of her bedsit. A friend recommended Jon to me and within a couple of hours he had a roofer out to inspect the problem, do a temporary fix and quote for the full job. Jon was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He responded within an hour and arrange to go and visit our rental property the same day. He provided a quote the same night and also made us aware of other issues that he was able to fix at the same time. He arranged for a carpet fitter to come and replace a very old carpet and made sure that another disposal company came on time and collected old furniture. His work was excellent he renovated all the walls and skirting boards in our bathroom, sorted out issues with the bath. He fixed a door that wouldn't close and did an excellent job of painting.
