The guys were very professional initially, protecting the carpet etc, they were bought in to repair a badly done job from another builder.
We did not have a lot of time to get it done completely properly as we had imminent holiday let bookings and we needed the bathroom to honour them so they did the best they could in the time they had.
I noticed that a chunk of the grout on the floor came off.
I have chased for almost 3 weeks for them to come and fix it and been without a bathroom and have been rescheduled so many times, when they finally turned up they didn't tell me a time so i was out. They didn't call etc.
In the end I've got so tired of chasing I've had to pay someone to do the grout.
When i approached them about leaving an honest review of the poor aftercare so others can make an informed decision about using them
i was told
1/ they shouldn't have done the job
2/ they didn't charge me enough.
3/ the grout coming off is because of the previous work (which i disagree with as they put that grout in)
Basically poor attitude/ defensiveness etc.
If they had just come back at anytime in the constant 3 weeks of chasing and in the end being ghosted i wouldn't be leaving this review.
So yes they will do a good job. But if you need them to come back.… be mindful they might not.

Quote was received within 24hrs and was extremely competitive, considering the difficulty and access to the external painting being quoted for.
Work, completed in an extremely prompt timeframe and executed to a very high standard.
Overall extremely impressed and would have no worries about requesting for quotes on any other work projects to be done.
