Lena was a complete delight from the moment I met her. She arrived spent a long time with me trying various styles on the hair trial and was very easy to get on with.
On the day Lena arrived in plenty of time and again was extremely good. Many people commented on how great my hair looked on the night so that is a great accolade in itself.
