How long have you been in business?
The business was founded in 2020, but I am a third generation builder and have been working in the sector for 30 years.
What do you love most about your job?
Showing my kids the buildings we have created and seeing the look of wonder in their eyes!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was tired of working for other 'Building' firms who often left the customer experience wanting. I wanted to create a business that puts the customer need as the primary focus, and that creates an excellent end product.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose the person or company that they feel best suits them and their needs, and that's why I believe the customer experience is critical. Too often the decision is based on cost alone and that often leads to communication breakdown and a poor user experience. We believe in being honest from the outset and transparent about the costs and process so there are no nasty surprises.
