What do you love most about your job?
I can be a point of contact for things that are often ignored in everyday life but which are in fact crucial. Things such as having a working shower or heating in place are basic needs but often underestimated. I enjoy my job because I get to improve these little things in people's houses which make the biggest difference. It is fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was fed up of dealing with big nationwide companies that provide plumbing services. Every time you call them it seems like you are talking to a computer. They never understand what you want, waiting time to get a job done is forever and the price is always triple of what anyone else would charge.
I decided to go independently to provide customers what I could not get for myself.
A reliable person, not just a plumber, who customers can speak to directly in real life and get things done properly in a realistic timeframe.
