We began a complex basement project in November 2024, along with a full refurbishment of our 3-bedroom house. By July 2025, thanks to the outstanding work of H Construction Group, we were standing inside a stunning 5-bedroom home complete with a cinema room and 2. 5 bathrooms. The transformation has been nothing short of incredible. A special mention must go to Hajar Singh, who truly worked miracles throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Hajar was a constant source of support, professionalism, and calm. He managed to navigate and meet an incredible number of demands from neighbours, architects, engineers, building control officers, independent inspectors, and party wall surveyors — all with diplomacy, efficiency, and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a successful build in a challenging environment.
