We contacted Igor on the Thursday to come view my father's flat which was in a state due to him having mental & physical problems, very vulnerable. Igor turned up promptly and assessed the flat and as expected would need to have alott of work done to it, he was also keen to help my farther out as he could see he is not a well person. A team of 3 turned up the following day and spent just under 6hrs doing a thorough deep clean bring the place to a healthy position for him to live in, they even made his bed and even further. Thank you for the high quality service. I ordered end of tenancy cleaning. They came and assessed the scope of work beforehand, announced the amount. On the day of cleaning, Marina, the service employee, came on time and performed the cleaning quickly and efficiently. Complete cleaning upon departure, including windows and oven, took 4 hours. GWill Cleaning Chain has been operating for over 2 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes of course. We have our own professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. In the case of regular cleaning, we can use the client's equipment.
What do you love most about your job?
My work and the work of my team allows clients to spend more time for themselves and their families. Unfortunately, we do not notice how our children are growing up, how relatives miss you, how friends are waiting to meet you and we need to devote every free hour to them. We give you this time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ability to develop and ability to provide quality customer service.
Why should our clients choose you?
I can write that we have high-quality service and a special approach to each client. But every business owner says so. But not everyone can invite to their home to see how clean it is. I'm not ashamed because I clean my own space. And my clients should have such a standard, after our cleaning.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are strict about the safety of our employees and customers, so at the slightest suspicion of a virus, we postpone cleaning for the required period
Deep cleaning
We thoroughly clean all spaces, use steam cleaners to kill bacteria and germs in bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. We wash the windows
and don't forget about frames. Everything - From dusting and vacuuming to washing and disinfecting, we leave no corner untouched.
Regular cleaning
We use eco-friendly cleaning products.
The owners trust our cleaners, give them the keys to the house (mandatory work permit in England).

End of tenancy cleaning
We cooperate with some real estate agencies. Therefore, we know what cleaning standards the Agency/Landlords will meet. Get your deposit back in full.
