Absolutely fantastic throughout. From the moment I contacted Beata for a quote right through to the packing service and the removal day itself, the team were friendly, hardworking and kept a smile on their face even after they'd reassembled our very large wardrobe exactly where I asked them to and then decided I didnt want it there after all so they had to move it! They also very kindly assembled and reassembled our bed and daughters cot, without us asking, which after a long day to be able to climb into bed and not have to do this ourselves was greatly appreciated.
