Before going to see Sarah from Gut Reaction I had assumed I had a fairly good diet. Well, she opened my eyes!!! I've learned so much and I have improved my eating habits enormously and feel much better for it.
Sarah is also lovely to work with, she really cares about your wellbeing and will do anything to help. Although my sessions have now ended, Sarah is happy to continue to support me.

I contacted Sarah after suffering with stomach and gut troubles for a while. She has helped me to understand the causes of the issues, and is highly knowledgeable on how different areas of the body are linked, and at the effects of small, targeted changes.
By instituting a diet plan, Sarah has helped me to feel myself again. Whilst I am not fully cured, her advice has allowed me to manage my symptoms, and to feel more awake and clear-headed in the mornings. As an added bonus, I'm losing weight!

I started working with Sarah because I wanted to improve my running times. I knew a fair amount about nutrition but had a few psychological things holding me back from putting it into practice.
Sarah's sessions dealt with the emotional barriers I had so she could re-connect me with eating well. She also expanded my knowledge of nutrition and suggested supplements and an eating plan to fit my specific needs.
I cannot rate her highly enough. Following my 8 week plan I am putting the theory into practice and making better choices for myself and my running times!! For me it was about changing my mindset and Sarah's support and guidance empowered me to do that for myself :-)

I was lacking in energy, had painful facial acne, and felt like I'd tried just about everything (including endless antibiotics) to get me back on track, but nothing seemed to work! But within less than three months not only has my skin cleared up and my energy returned but I've learnt a huge amount about how my body responds to certain foods and supplements. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
How we nourish ourselves can a have a significant impact on our energy, quality of life, and even lessen symptoms. But it’s not just what we eat, but it’s how and why that are important. This is why I support clients with personalised nutrition guidance whilst helping them improve their overall relationship with food and their bodies. What do you love most about your job?
Making a positive difference to peoples lives. I enjoy working one-to-one in collaboration with my clients and seeing their lives transform as they improve their physiological and emotional connections with food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've experienced my own health challenges which led me to seek nutritional support over fifteen years ago. This in turn precipitated a life-changing journey for me professionally, as well as personally.
