What inspired you to start your own business?
My commitment to the care industry took root at the young age of 20 when I began as a care assistant, diligently progressing through the ranks. I’ve been privileged to lead a dedicated team at a residential home serving individuals with disabilities, autism, and special needs. Equipped with these invaluable experiences and a deep-seated passion for care, I felt compelled to embark on a new journey by establishing Guras Home Care, my own care service provider, to further elevate the standard of care and support in our community.
