The fee for each task was reasonable and competitive compared with other traders, offering very good value for the standard of workmanship delivered.

The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe, which I greatly appreciated. They also ensured that the area was left clean and tidy, removing all rubbish before leaving.

A 5 year guarantee was stated on the quote but having some issues 3 years later and despite numerous means of contacting him I have had no response. We found the team very helpful, flexible & happy to adapt to changing & challenging conditions. There had been a tremendous amount of rain the day before, drastically raising the water table in the ground. George and his team came and fixed the mess other cowboy landscapers had left in my garden. Basically, all the slabs had lifted, and the ground had not been prepared properly.
George was patient and professional. He listened to all my concerns and provided references where I was able to go and view his work and speak with past clients.
I sent him endless questions, he always replied and was never dismissive.
Everyone on his team was polite and friendly, I never felt intimidated (this happened with the other landscapers).

Have not had a chance to even meet the contractor. Arranged a visit to quote the job for specific day and time, but he never showed up nor call. After several tries he finally picked up the phone and said he was on another job and simply forgot. I gave him a benefit of a doubt and rearranged the visit for the next day, and again he didn't show up or even called.
