The trades were considerate and respected my home to minimise any disruption and stress.

I bought a piece of land in West Ealing in 2017. Mr Trevor Wood was my project manager who very efficiently as well as professionally built a fantastic unique beautiful detached house with basement.
He worked extremely hard and also very successfully obtained a very good planning permission prior to the house being built.
It has been a great pleasure working with Trevor and his team. He always made sure everything was done properly and most of all to very high standards.
Trevor is very honest with his pricing and money worth paying for such extremely good quality work. I will most definitely have Trevor and his team to work on my next available project. I am thoroughly very happy and satisfied. Highly recommended.

GDL (Trevor and his team) were awesome in helping to do a complete refurbishment, loft conversion, side and rear extension to my investment property up North (Liverpool). Even with unplanned issues that rose with the building structure and engineer’s structural drawings, Trevor was able to use his experience to assist in getting things resolved. Project was completed on time and quality of work was 10/10 (guess that’s what you get from a builder that practiced as Chartered QS for many years and going on to building houses both for himself and for private clients).
