Michael has been fantastic throughout, from timeliness in responding to request for quote, coming out, measuring, asking questions other people that quoted didn't ask and providing a really competitive quote. Micheal and Charlie arrived when they said, were super clean, putting protective sheets down and cleared away each day. Communications were timely, professional and Michael adapted to me changing the goal posts on a couple of occasions, with a smile and still delivered on time.
Michael also listened to our special request due to concerns re impact of autistic son and was highly respectful.
