I rang Joseph on Thursday. He said he would come to my house at about midday the next day. He arrived punctually on Friday and worked on my laptop and printer for about an hour and carefully ensured that what he was doing actually worked. He was the first to respond and did do within an hour. He gave me a fixed price for job. Made me wince a bit at the price but it was something I couldn’t do myself so I sucked it up. He agreed to meet a place convenient to me. The job was done very quickly and professionally. I received quotes from other providers who were £20-30 cheaper but the quotes were received too late and I needed my computer quickly. He met me on site and fixed my laptop immediately.
