Yoga Classes

Grace is a brilliant yoga instructor, I have been working with her for six months. I was a complete beginner and her calm, friendly approach and manner make her sessions enjoyable as well as beneficial and importantly have allowed me to develop at a pace that works for me. She is a real listener and tailors everything to your specific requirements, she gets to know you and understands how you work best.
