What do you love most about your job?
I'm the Deputy Manager of the company, I have worked in care for over 20 years, I believe working within care you do have to care, and also believe in caring for the client and supporting the family is very important. I make check on all members of staff to make shore they are giving 110% to our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To work in care you have to have a heart its not just a job, To give 100% to all our clients to give to best possible care to all the clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
We give the most possible care to all our clients, we give the extra support when it's needed, we support the family like by calling for a Doctor or an Ambulance when it is needed, myself as Deputy Manager if I'm needed at a client home I will go and support the care team and family.

If the family would like to know what our carers have done on the care call, we can give the family access to the app so the family can see what has been done on the care call. If the family feels that things haven't been done then just call or send an email and I will resolve the problem.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our care staff are testing regularly, if a member of the team is feeling unwell, I ask them to take a covid test if the test is positive that member of staff is taken off the rota so they can rest and get better, I ask them to test again on day 5 day, if it's negative then they can return back to their duites.
