3. Installation of new suspended loft floor
4. Installation of new staircase to the loft
5. Installation of partitions
6. Installation of 1st fix M&E
7. Installation of the floor
8. Glazing installation
9. Drylining (plasterboard installation)
10. Plastering
11. Decoration/tiling (if en-suite bathroom was designed)/floor finish installation.
12. Installation of 2nd fix M&E
13. Joinery
14. Loft commissioning, cleaning, final touches and snagging.
