At GoodOaks Homecare, most of our services are delivered in person, as we believe in providing hands-on, personalised care within the comfort of your own home. However, we can offer some support remotely — for example, regular check-in calls for reassurance, wellbeing chats, and liaising with family members or other professionals to keep everyone updated on a client’s care. We’re always happy to discuss individual needs and explore how we can offer additional support remotely where possible
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At GoodOaks Homecare, we’ve taken extra steps to keep our clients safe during Covid-19.
