personal care
We help our clients in their own home with all personal care needs including toileting, washing, dressing, mobilising around their Home and cooking small meals for them, making sure they are managing well and they are safe and happy, living in their own Home.
companionship
We enjoy talking to out clients and providing companionship, making sure they are not alone and they feel they have someone to talk to when they need it, we also take clients out to different places including to shops and to see their friends and socialise.
medication
We help our clients with their medications, not only administering their medication but also ordering their medications and keeping in touch with their GP for updates and any changes related to our clients medications.
House cleaning
Some of our care professionals enjoy cleaning and they are more than happy to assist our clients to keep their Home clean and tidy, its also very important for our clients homes not to be too cluttered as this could put them at risk of falls and we understand the importance of keeping the lounges/bedrooms/kitchens/bathroom as open and simple as possible so our clients have access to all rooms of the Home and can mobilise safely.
Specialist care
We are a team of trained care professionals led by our Manager who is a Registered Nurse, we can provide Palliative Care and End of Life Care, assist clients who can't mobilise and need a special equipment for transfers, we also look after clients who are bed bound and also after clients who have different health conditions such as Diabetes, Dementia, etc.
