What do you love most about your job?
Our clients and our care team are the heart of our business. We strive to provide quality care at home to keep our clients independent for as long as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After caring for my father in law who sadly passed away from dementia I knew I had to do more. To be able to offer people support, knowledge and the care. Unfortunately, the support we never knew we had when I was caring for my father in law. I want to raise awareness about the benefits of home care as an alternative to residential care.
Why should our clients choose you?
When we take on our care staff, after the rigorous processing and vetting we do what’s called a ‘mums test’. We would take on carers we believe would be good enough to care for our mothers. We provide person centred care which is led by our clients and their family members . We have an honest and open approach to care and are always willing to take feedback and implement changes to improve our service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have robust PPE policy. Staff are trained on infection control and how to minimise the spread of infections. Staff would be aware of symptoms of Covid and how to safeguard our clients and our team from the spread.
