I am a highly experienced and qualified fitness professional,personal trainer and Pilates instructor with over 26 years experience within the fitness industry. I have helped many different clients right across the board ranging from pre and post natal women, people recovering from injuries and serious illness, right the way through to competitive athletes to achieve there personal health and fitness targets, and of course those who just want to feel healthier and those who want to lose a few pounds.

Glenn is so supportive and doesn’t judge at all. I am massively self conscious over my body and how unfit I am and was so embarrassed to start!
We spoke over my goals and broke them down into realistic milestones- for me this was huge as saying I want to loose 5 stone seems near in Impossible, So when Glenn suggested we break it down to aim for 7lb losses it seemed so much more possible for me without this huge pressure!
We have a plan in place, I make sure I hit my 10,000 steps a day and a home work out which is easy to do around my kids, they even attempt to join in! Only equipment needed for me was some hand weights! He gave me a calorie goal and I track that on fitness pal!
We have started weekly PT sessions which for me push me beyond what I would ever do myself! I come away so proud of myself and absolutely buzzing!
Week one and I am 4lb down!
Glenn regularly checks in and send positive messages to keep me on the right track!
There’s so many people out there now that have done an online course and call themselves a PT, but Glenns knowledge and skills are very clear from the off! Couldn’t recommend more!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I think the biggest thing is to set realistic targets, and helping clients to start to enjoy training and exercise by showing them that a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean a restrictive and boring lifestyle! It is very possible to still enjoy life, and do things that you like, and still achieve any health and fitness goals that they have set themselves! I will show them simple ways how this can be achieved!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency…learning ways to make exercise, activity and living a healthy lifestyle a daily habit…again this is achieved by learning ways to enjoy what you do, not dreading it!
Exercise and embracing a healthier lifestyle should not feel like a punishment, it should be an exciting journey that should be enjoyed!
What do you love most about your job?
I just love working with people! I am very much a “people person” and having a job where I am able to really help and educate others make a positive impact on their life is just the most amazing and rewarding thing!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the fitness industry for over 23 years, I found that working in gyms and studios that wherever I went, I was always the busiest and most in demand trainer.
Seeing this happen over and over again gave me the confidence to go out on my own!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a very experienced and highly qualified trainer that has helped literally hundreds of people achieve a wide range of fitness goals.
I feel clients choose to work with me as i put them at ease straight away and I can totally relate to them. I am not a trainer who sets people crazy unrealistic diets and programmes to follow. I try to make exercise, health and fitness something to be enjoyed and embraced and not something that is dreaded.
Whilst I would never knock another trainers methods, as it really is each to there own, but personally I am not a trainer who is forever taking photos of the sessions we do or plasters myself and my clients all over social media.
I feel that Training with me is somewhere people should feel safe and comfortable, to feel happy to work and at times get a bit sweaty, and not feel that they have to pose for photographs for social media!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated against covid-19 and will always take a LFT before every session to ensure the safely of any client that I will be working with.
I keep hand sanitizer with me always and will happily wear a mask if it makes clients feel more comfortable.
