Mark was asked to provide advice about an appropriate CCTV system covering 3 entrances to my property including the rear entrance to the garage at the back of the garden and a parking location on the road at the front of the property. Mark surveyed the property and suggested solutions and explained them patiently to an unsophisticated person who didn't really know what is involved or how things worked. Mark devised an economically suitable system and then installed it in a day while patiently explaining what he was doing and why. He then tested and demonstrated the system and cleaned up behind him.
