GE- First Healthcare Limited team specialise in supplying- Healthcare Assistants, General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability Nurses and Complex Care Nurses at short notice, such as 1-2 hours and as soon as possible starts. GE - First healthcare are a rapid response/emergency staffing provider and we support other care providers when preferred providers on the PSL/GRI Panel are unable to help, we are able to provide normal staffing cover or during “break glass” situations.
Our staff are experienced and very dedicated and committed. The are looking for up to 5 days a week hence you can block book them and use them as part of your team as they wWith a database of over 100 individuals available and ready to work at a short notice, our Nurses and Carers can support residents who may require the following clinical or social interventions-

Catheterisation

Bladder and Bowl Care

Patient Monitoring (Blood Pressure, Respirations, Pulse Oximeter)

Pain Management

Administration of Medication and Feeding via PEG

IV Administration

Cannulation

Dementia

Mental Health Conditions

Learning Disability

Challenging Behaviour

Complex Wound Management

Management of pressure Ulcers

End of Life care (Palliative)

Complex Health Needs (Tracheostomy Care, Ventilator Care)

Epilepsy Management
