I desperately needed a rescue job after someone bodged the installation of a Howden’s kitchen. F F K sent me one of their best guys for three days and the results speak for themselves. My fitter was punctual, proactive, went above and beyond, adding little convenient extras here & there & making helpful suggestion about the final finish, which has turned out to be absolutely superb. Stephen and his team, from start to finish, were nothing short of fantastic. We were cautious going in due to bad previous experiences with different tradesmen. However, we should not have worried. Firstly, Stephen's communication was always prompt and we had daily updates of the plan and what to expect. Secondly, nothing was a bother, including last minute changes which were very important to us. Thirdly, the team he worked with, from Marcin his joiner, to Mikey the electrician, Ronnie the tiler, Brian the plumber and Gary the painter. Everybody was exceptional and couldn't do enough to accommodate us. They all arrived promptly at 8am on the dot and worked hard to give us a sense of normality, even when the work was halfway through. They were also happy to come back at the end to fix any small issues. Finally and most importantly the final result is beyond anything we could have expected. It has surpassed our best expectations and this is down to Stephen and his team. We would 100% recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again in the future. More...

From initial designs, where they were able to hear my ideas and develop them, to the installation process which was very professionally done, quickly and to a very high standard, right through to completion where the last minute tweaks were co pleated without hesitation or complaint.
