Adam, our lead surveyor, is Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB), a requirement of most banks and building societies when reporting on damp and timber in properties for mortgages or loan.

We carry out property surveys and photography using the latest drone technology with Hi-resolution Cameras and Infra-red cameras.
