Care workers are provided with PPE to support customers in their own homes. All other equipment which may required by the customer will be provided by them.

Fuchsia Homecare does not offer remote services because the nature of our work requires providing direct, in-person care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our services are designed to meet the specific needs of customers, which often necessitate physical presence for tasks such as personal care, household assistance, and other essential support. By being physically present, the care worker is able to ensure a higher level of safety, comfort, and effective communication, all of which are crucial for building trust and delivering the best possible care.

Fuchsia Homecare implemented several key changes to ensure the safety of their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures included strict adherence to hygiene protocols, such as frequent handwashing and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like masks and gloves by all staff members. We also conducted regular health screenings for both employees and clients to prevent the spread of the virus.
