I didn't even know what a Party Wall Surveyor was until I started my extension on my semi detached house. I searched the internet and had three quotes to provide the Party Wall Surveyor service. I chose Frontier Architect and they were fantastic. David came out to complete the survey and gain acceptance with both myself and my neighbour.
