The job has been completed and I would like to confirm that George was great, he was extremely knowledgeable about all the work that needed to be done and explained it in a manner that someone like me who has ZERO knowledge of dampness, was easily able to understand everything that needed to be done.
Fast forward to the commencement date, Joshua came round and was polite, knowledgeable and completed the task in a professional manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that my family was not disturbed and that the work was completed to the highest standard. Additionally the work area was tidy and cleaned up after. I discovered a mouldy wall behind the bed and I contacted the team. They sent out a surveyor within a week and they quickly discovered that the reason was rising damp. What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired us to start this business is of course the freedom to take on the projects we genuinely want to do.
But also, as I said in the previous question, we have trained and worked many many years to achieve the quality of workmanship we currently do.
Having our own business means we are fully accountable for our work and we get to enjoy the fruits of our labour. Of course in monetary gain, but also the ejoyment we get from seeing a happy customer is priceless

All of our services we provide are physical.
However, we have colleagues who do take the time to continually respond to text messages and emails. Recommending places to buy materials and also helping with creating the online basket so nothing is missed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As Covid-19 is now not deemed a concerning public risk according to the UK Government we have relaxed our covid safety precautions.
However, if we do take on your project and you have slight concerns over Covid-19 we will try our best to accommodate.
