What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt the larger consultancies I was working for were not affordable and I was not able to offer the personalised service to my clients as I had to always meet targets! Now I have my own consultancy, I can work with my clients the way I feel provides the best service.

I have 9 years experience in planning. I have spent 5+ years working for the Local Planning Authority so have a good insight into what planning officers want to see and what they will approve.

I can provide services remotely, but a desktop study does have limitations, so I do recommend a site visit. I can tie this in with one of my recommended architectural designers visits to survey the site to keep costs down.
