We like to care for our clients, we assist them to maintain independence and to live actively. We like to see people become more active and responding to care
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedacare was born from the determination to ease the pressure on social care systems that indirectly affects the care given to clients, the service users are mainly affected by the challenges in healthcare such as fewer bed spaces for hospital admissions, follow up support at home after discharge from the hospital and shortage of qualified staff.
Why should our clients choose you?
We care for anyone over the age of 18, who has additional needs and requires support with mental or physical health to live independently at home. An individual may have medical physical and mental conditions that limits their ability to be active so may need assistance at home to live an active life. We provide individualised care and support to people in their own homes. We are regulated and inspected by the CQC, delivering safe quality care is our priority. Our qualified staff are caring, compassionate and respectful, they are trained to deliver safe care according to your assessed needs.

We provide personal care to include one to one support by our trained and qualified care staff. Your care plan includes visiting hours by a carer base on agreed times to attend to your needs. We monitor staff visit via an app and care is delivered face to face at your home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide our staff with the right PPEs to ensure that patient are protected. Staff are encouraged to have Covid vaccines and staff undergo mandatory training for infection prevention and control and health and safety.
Adult Care

Palliative Care
Palliative care provide individualised practical and emotional support to people at home that have been diagnosed with terminal illness. We will take a holistic approach to ensure that the quality of care provided meets your needs.
Reablement Care
This is also called intermediate care, it is a type of short-term homecare after a hospital stay, an accident or an illness to enable you become independent again. Reablement care is specifically aimed at people who will regain their independence after the period of care.
Respite Care
Respite care is a temporary arrangement that is offered by our qualified carers for all care emergencies, including assisted living, residential care, dementia care and nursing care. It is offered for when the regular care-giver needs a break, or you need support on a short-term basis.
Personal Care
We provide personal care to support and supervise
daily living tasks and private hygiene such as toileting, along with dressing and maintaining your personal appearance. Personal care may also include: bathing and showering, and applying lotions and creams as required. We provide you or your loved one, one-to-one support from our trained and qualified staff.
