My fiancé and I visited today looking for some good cheeses and what can I say?! I tried cheeses I thought I didn't like! They were amazing ! As was the help, knowledge and input from the owner. The cafe side hade only been open for three weeks so far but after sampling some of the cheese we thought we'd stay. We shared the ploughman's and a cheese board with a glass of wine. It was perfection. It's a must visit, very helpful and personal. We are currently enjoying a recommendation he made. But I would highly recommend the wine we had with the cheese "Backsberg Chenin blanc" superb and not something I would have chosen on my own but beautiful! Thank you! More...
