If your looking for a reliable, down to earth roofer. I would honestly say look no further, Jack has been extremely good. He explains the jobs required in details, no pressure or sales type talking . Absolutely genuine in the works required, and the prices are fair and reasonable with warranty backed for his completed workmanship. We have a full pitch roof including structure to be rebuilt following the old structure not being fit for purpose. Recently during the heavy torrential and thundery showers, we had several unexpected leaks, Jack did not hesitate to come out at midnight and again at 3am to assist with additional temporary measures until the following morning. We discuss extra unforseen works that has cropped up and these were programmed into the work at the same time without delay. There were several evenings whereby certain things needed doing like scaffold was knocking against the house walls during high winds and tarpaulin needed securing in one area etc... Jack never hesitated to come back out to sort these out for peace of mind. Throughout the job, there were mainly 3 team (Including Jack) doing the roofing works, they are all very friendly and respectful. There will be more photos and feedbacks to follow on completion, but for now, I just wanted to share my experience with JHK Roofing and how highly I recommend them to anyone with big or small jobs. We had our full roof replaced and a flat roof replaced as well. The work was completed to a good standard, all questions were answered and everything was explained very clearly. Any snags were resolved. Costs were transparent and agreed throughout the process. Neighbours and visitors all comment how nice the roof looks. How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Having a survey carried out by structural engineer they will determine requirements or if it’s possible.

Survey is the start then submit your plans for approval at local authorities then we quote to your plans and do the rest.

Have been in business for about 16 years self employed as a roofer

Most jobs will have a 15 year guarantee with written receipt only small repairs that are not covered
