We hired Four Nations Roofing and Driveways for our garden landscaping and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The job, promised in 5 days, dragged on for 4 weeks, during which Michael repeatedly pressured us for money despite agreeing payment only after completion. We had no choice but to pay partially. The work was poorly done, had to be redone multiple times, and Michael was rude and abusive, often blaming his co-workers. The porcelain tiles are uneven, with our main sitting area noticeably inclined despite our request for it to be flat. The grass was left patchy, grouting messy with marks on tiles, and our driveway ruined with cement mixture stains. Though Michael promised to return, he never came back after taking full payment and has since ignored all communication. Our garden is now left in a poor state and money wasted. We will report this to consumer court and strongly advise avoiding this contractor. More...
