What do you love most about your job?
Our passion is teaching BSL, as we absolutely love watching my students' signing skills improve and seeing them achieve their goals. We also enjoy meeting new people and being able to communicate in this beautiful language that is British Sign Language.
We would like to see sign language legislation in all countries around the world, and we are pleased to see the BSL Act (Scotland) 2005 and the BSL Act 2022, which cover education, healthcare, and other areas as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are passionate about tutoring and achieving success in our own business. It's evident that we have the skills to interact with both children and adults, as it makes them feel comfortable, and they enjoy learning BSL with us. Their expressions say it all.
Why should our clients choose you?
We can make them feel relaxed, comfortable, and create a fun way to learn, which is what we aim for – providing a positive, enjoyable experience and helping them achieve their goals in communicating with others in BSL. We also respect their wishes and maintain professionalism and boundaries. Additionally, we have a DBS check.
