Landscape Design

flaura created the most amazing design for our small London backyard. They were super creative and we were blown away by the final design and video. Both Maya and Rose listened to all our requirements and were able to create a wonderful space which is beautiful, practical and gives us our own little slice of Tuscany in London. We would highly recommend using flaura as they exceeded our expectations and they were very efficient to work with. More...

Landscape Design

We have just had our final design from Flaura and it is everything we had hoped for. We were given 3 concepts following discussions and Flaura have come up with a beautiful dog friendly garden. We can't wait to get it built and hope it will look as good as the design! Thanks so much Rose and Maya X More...

Q&As

Working with the landscape to create timeless and thoughtful designs that perfectly fit our client's needs.

Flaura was established at the height of the global covid-19 pandemic:
"The coronavirus pandemic really highlighted to us how society's health is significantly impacted by the time we can spend outdoors. With this newfound appreciation for precious landscapes, we launched flaura as a holistic landscape design company. Accessing outdoor spaces is integral to wellbeing; our designs maximise the potential of your landscape for a meaningful outdoor experience."
Maya Champaneri, Founder & Creative Director

Our design approach is collaborative, creative and fun - redesigning your perfect landscape is an exciting project!
Every flaura project has its own unique identity and our goal is to ensure our clients love every step of the process, from conception through to completion. The quality of our work speaks for itself, and clients are guaranteed a specialised, bespoke service.

An initial site visit is often necessary - however, it is possible to work around a fully remote service.
Our clients' time is precious and flaura was established during a lockdown - we offer a remote service to capture revisions in video call meetings during the design process. This is more convenient for our clients, environmentally friendly, efficient for us, and minimises added expenses for clients.

Remote video call meetings and digital design packages.

Services

Our initial meeting allows us to become acquainted with one another and get a feel for the project. We want to discover what your outdoor space means to you and unravel how the landscape can be redesigned to realise its full potential.

If you love our ideas and wish to collaborate, the next step involves a topographical survey and analysis of the surrounding areas. We will produce a detailed and scaled layout plan of the site before we begin the creative process.

This is a really exciting stage where we will present you with a series of conceptual layouts, visuals, and mood boards. During this meeting we will explore the different design avenues we have proposed to understand the perfect route for you.

We will refine our combined ideas to produce a detailed master plan that incorporates key design features, materials, plant palettes, and measurements. The project will be brought to life using 3D perspectives and a video walk through, allowing you to explore your redesigned landscape in a day and night time setting. Any revisions and final tweaks you may have will be captured in our grace period.

If required, we can produce a full set of working drawings to aid you in the tender process. These can include:

Construction sections

Hard and soft landscaping plans

Setting out plans

Lighting and irrigation plans

Detailed specifications for design elements

Our 3D rendering service brings our ideas to life, helping clients visualise their newly designed garden in both day and night time settings. The software we use accurately locates your site and its exact aspect, which helps inform key design decisions, from zones to planting. This state of the art technology allows us to produce stunning 3D stills and video walkthroughs of redesigned landscapes.
