What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for other Block Management companies in the past, the founders of Fitch | Taylor | Johnson established the company with one goal in mind - to put the needs of the Leaseholders first .

With over 80 years combined experience within the property sector, we have a reputation for operating at the highest professional level and making our managed properties the envy of their location.
Our main area of operation is within 30 miles of our Mayfair office, including areas such as Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington & Chelsea and Fitzrovia, but this does not mean that we charge ‘Mayfair prices’ for our services. In fact, our clients have seen an average reduction of 27% for service charge costs whilst improving upon the quality of service.

With regard to our Management Fees, whilst we would always prefer to see the property in person before submitting a formal tender, we can provide a quotation using our online resources. Our prices start from as little as £100.00 + VAT per unit for Estate management schemes and £200.00 + VAT for Leasehold Apartments.
In terms of the handover process, we would take care of every aspect of this on your behalf ensuring all management documentation, service charge funds, Leaseholder and supplier details are transferred seamlessly. Fitch | Taylor | Johnson provides a streamlined management transfer service for all new clients, allowing the property to continue to be managed without any interruption.

Our services are provided both online and in person.
We will be happy to visit you at the property whenever you need to see your Property Manager and information (e.g. Financial Reports, Site Inspections, Health & Safety assessments and Insurance details) is available to all of our clients via our online portal.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Thankfully we seem to be past the worst of COVID-19, but during the pandemic we ensured that all staff/operatives working on our behalf utilised full PPE and adhered to guidance protocols at all times.
