Great service and a working heating system at last! After spending a lot of money trying to find out why our central heating was so ineffective, I was finally advised to try a power flush to clear a suspected blockage and I booked My Smart Flow from recomandation to do the work. The engineer, Barry, arrived promptly and worked on the system until he could clearly demonstrate that it was fully cleaned and producing far more heat at the radiators than it ever has in the two years we have been at the property. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I contacted them after our boiler died and they were out to take a look within a couple of hours. Adam was so thorough trying to figure out the problem and explaining everything really clearly. Very friendly and extremely professional. Henry and Elliot were our fitters and made sure that everything was installed smoothly, so many thanks for that. They showed us the ins and outs of the system and made sure we understood the new Hive system. They were very prompt in replying ASAP in case of future issues, which we had with previously installed pipework that couldn't handle the new pressurised system well. We hired Mr Smart Flow to fit our bathroom. They had a competitive quote and Florin seemed like a nice guy. After the job was complete, they left builders foam coming out the front of my house, that I had to fix. The toilet and sink leak water, the shower leaks water through to the kitchen below. The grouting is a mess and needs redoing. We have contacted Florin for the last 6 months to come correct these issue and he either ignores us or blanks the message. Florin knew my wife was pregnant and soon after the bathroom was finished we had a baby. Before you hire this company, just think, this guys is willing to leave a family who have a newborn baby with a leaking bathroom and water coming though the kitchen ceiling...
