What’s your signature dish?
Healthy, vibrant meals that are delicious. Cuisines can range from multinational, European classics or to the highly complex and contemporary. Our signature dish(es) consist of many different inspirations. We love bold flavors but also appreciate simplicity - and of course making the most out of super foods! !
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We speak to them based on needs, preferences and style of event or occasion. We also cater for specific dietary needs such as gluten free/ vegan or anything else in relation to allergies. We operate a production kitchen in NW10 which is highly capable of delivering high quality food in large volumes.
What do you love most about your job?
We absolutely love hospitality and delivering meaningful experiences for our customers. It is in our nature to go the extra mile and ensure whoever hires us can enjoy their event whilst we do all the work!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Long story, but an expression of passion, freedom and financial success!
